• All products or services I offer are appropriate for a family-friendly audience and comply with all applicable laws.

• I understand that SD Birth Matters, its staff, and volunteers are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage related to my participation.

• I will conduct myself professionally and respectfully at all times.

• I understand that event setup and breakdown times must be followed, and early departure may impact future participation.

• I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to carry any personal or business insurance; SD Birth Matters does not provide vendor insurance.

• I will follow all rules of the venue and understand that failure to do so may result in removal without refund.
