I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Certified Birth Doula. What drives me is that I truly believe that every man, woman, and child is created in the image of a Loving God. We all have a purpose and a calling and a light to shine to others. My business is based on Matthew 5:16 - "Let your light so shine before others, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven." As a massage therapist, I have learned how stress, pain, and body dysfunction can inhibit our ability to live life to its fullest. I specialize in women's-only massage using a therapeutic/clinical approach. I utilize trigger point release and deep tissue techniques to reduce pain and improve function in the body. I also specialize in prenatal and postpartum massage because I believe mamas need nurturing, too! Supporting mothers during labor and birth is my other passion! As a birth doula, I get the honor and privilege of supporting moms during one of the most sacred times of their lives. I believe that birth should be empowering rather than terrifying and faith-filled rather than fear-filled.
